Quotes, Timelines and Changes
Quotes and timelines are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. If project requirements, approvals, content, functionality or scope changes during the work, pricing and delivery timing may also need to change.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, access credentials, content and assets needed for the work. Delays in approvals, missing information or changes in direction may affect timelines and project outcomes.
Third-Party Platforms and Tools
Some services may involve third-party platforms or tools such as hosting providers, domain registrars, Google, Meta, analytics tools, CRM systems, booking tools, payment services, plugins or AI platforms. Those services are also subject to the terms, policies, uptime and decisions of those third parties.
Seek IT Solutions is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, pricing changes or other issues caused by third-party providers that are outside our reasonable control.
Payments
Fees, deposits, payment terms and invoice due dates will be set out in the relevant proposal, invoice or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may be paused, withheld or delayed if required payments are overdue.
Intellectual Property
All pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its original owner. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Seek IT Solutions retains ownership of its methods, processes, templates, know-how, code frameworks and internal systems.
Ownership or usage rights for final deliverables supplied to a client will be governed by the relevant proposal or agreement and, where applicable, by full payment of the agreed fees.
Results and Performance
We work to provide practical, high-quality services, but we do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, lead volumes, ad approvals, platform performance, uninterrupted service availability or any particular commercial outcome unless expressly stated in writing.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seek IT Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss or loss of opportunity arising from the use of this website or our services.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including any non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
